The JVA is pleased to announce a partnership with Starlings Volleyball, USA to join together to impact the lives of youth through the sport of volleyball. Through this partnership, all Starlings Volleyball coaches will receive a free JVA membership to include coaching education and resources. With an estimated 60 Starlings programs nationwide, 60 Club Directors and approximately 200 coaches will receive benefits of a JVA membership.

Starlings' vision is to provide girls with equal access to quality volleyball programs, regardless of financial hardship or skill level through exposure to training and participation in the sport of volleyball, while using the platform of the sport to empower within each player, academic excellence, healthy lifestyle choices and excellent character.

"Our partnership with Starlings aligns perfectly with the JVA mission to promote the growth of youth volleyball" says JVA Executive Director Jenny Hahn. "The alliance with Starlings will also help us reach our goal to promote the growth of volleyball in underserved communities that is a part of our 2020-2023 Strategic Plan."

By providing all Starlings Volleyball Club Directors and Coaches with a free JVA membership, the JVA is giving access to a library of sample practice plans, drills, business templates and documents, as well as valuable member discounts so they can better serve the junior athletes in their program.

"It is very exciting to be partnering with JVA" shares Starlings Executive Director Lucy Jones.  "It is a daunting task to reach over 3,000 youth across the country with a quality volleyball program that not only teaches the sport, but positively impacts their often crisis filled lives.  Starlings' primary way of delivering support to the young Starlings athletes is through our Club Directors.  The incredible  programs and training  offered by JVA directly impacts the lives of our kiddos by empowering our Directors and Coaches to better serve them technically and relationally.  Starlings will be a better, stronger and more effective organization as a result of our partnership with JVA.  We are honored and thrilled."
