If you have reached the thirty team level at your club you are approaching the upper echelon and are starting to realize some of the benefits of scale. You might now be able to offer your older kids more advanced recruiting services, for example. You are attractive enough to apparel companies to negotiate for some free apparel for your coaches. You can afford a full time office manager which will provide your families with a higher level of customer service. Your reputation has likely reached a point where you are firmly entrenched in your market. Hopefully you have an active and pervasive social media presence.
