JVA Sponsorship Program

Giving Back to JVA Member Clubs.

We are thrilled to offer the third year of the JVA Sponsor Program where the JVA gives thousands of dollars back to our member clubs. The program is designed to reward JVA member clubs for promoting the JVA brand, supporting the JVA mission, and growing JVA at the regional and national level. As an organization committed to improving the junior volleyball experience, the JVA values the support of our members, who are a vital part of our success. Our members have been generous in the support of our program. We feel it is only fair to share our success with you!

Please Note: Clubs that did not meet their full criteria this past year will not be considered for the 2017-2018 program year. They may re-apply in 2018-2019.

Applications for 2017-2018 sponsorship program will be accepted from September 2nd through October 14th for indoor clubs and September 2nd through November 15th for beach clubs.


GOLD LEVEL: $5,000

Club Requirements:
Minimum of 32 Teams, JVA Member

Club Provides:

1. Web banner on home page, content controlled by JVA
2. JVA Member Club Logo on website, linked to JVA website
3. JVA logo on uniform: min size 1.5"x1.5"
4. JVA Banner in training facility (provided by JVA)
5. JVA logo/url on all printed marketing (flyers, brochures)
6. JVA logo/url on all e-mailed marketing (e-blasts)
7. Enter at least 12 teams in at least 1Tournament hosted by JVA or JVA member club.*
8. Host 1 JVA Tournament *
9. Submit a Coach-To-Coach Video, provide a Resource to post in the JVA Member Library,
present at a JVA clinic, or write an article for the JVA Blog.

*If your club is in an area that does not allow you to fulfill these criteria, note that on your application and that criteria can be waived.

SILVER LEVEL: $2,500

Club's Requirements:
Minimum of 16 Teams, JVA Member

Club Provides:

1. Web banner on home page, content controlled by JVA
2. JVA Member Club Logo on website, linked to JVA website
3. JVA logo on uniform: min size 1.5"x1.5"
4. JVA Banner in facility (provided by JVA)
5. JVA logo/url on all printed marketing (flyers, brochures, etc.)
6. JVA logo/url on all e-mail marketing (e-blasts)
7. Enter at least 6 teams in 1 Tournament hosted by JVA or another JVA member club*
8. Submit a Coach-To-Coach Video, provide a Resource to post in the JVA Member Library, present at a JVA clinic, or write an article for the JVA Blog.

*If your club is in an area that does not allow you to fulfill these criteria, note that on your application and that criteria can be waived.

BRONZE LEVEL: $1,000

Club's Requirements:
Minimum of 10 Teams, JVA Member

Club Provides:

4. JVA logo on uniform: min size 1.5"x1.5"

COPPER LEVEL: $500

Club's Requirements:
Minimum of 5 Teams, JVA Member

Club Provides:

3. JVA Banner in facility, if owned/leased (provided by JVA)
4. JVA logo on uniform: min size 1.5"x1.5"
5. JVA logo/url on all printed marketing (flyers, brochures, etc.)

BEACH GOLD: $2,500

Club Requirements:
Minimum of 200 Athletes, JVA Member

Club Provides:

1. Web banner on home page, content controlled by JVA
2. JVA Member Club Logo on website, linked to JVA website
3. JVA logo on uniform and warm-up tops: min size 1.5"x1.5" OR JVA Tattoos worn during matches and JVA logo on spirit wear/warm-ups
4. JVA Banner in training facility* (provided by JVA)
5. JVA logo/url on all printed marketing (flyers, brochures)
6. JVA logo/url on all e-mailed marketing (e-blasts)
7. Enter at least 12 teams in at least 1Tournament hosted by JVA or JVA member club.*
8. Host 1 JVA Tournament *

Club's Requirements:
Minimum of 100 Athletes, JVA Member

Club Provides:

2. JVA Member Club Logo on website, linked to JVA website
3. JVA logo on uniform and warm-up tops: min size 1.5"x1.5" OR JVA Tattoos worn during matches and JVA logo on spirit wear/warm-ups
4. JVA Banner hung in facility* (provided by JVA)
5. JVA logo/url on all printed marketing (flyers, brochures, etc.)
6. JVA logo/url on all e-mail marketing (e-blasts)
7. Enter at least 6 teams in 1 Tournament hosted by JVA or another JVA member club*
8. Submit a Coach-To-Coach Video, provide a Resource to post in the JVA Member Library, present at a JVA clinic, or write an article for the JVA Blog.

Club's Requirements:
Minimum of 50 Athletes, JVA Member

Club Provides:

3. JVA Banner in facility, if owned/leased (provided by JVA)
4. JVA logo on uniform and warm-up tops: min size 1.5"x1.5" OR JVA Tattoos worn during matches and JVA logo on spirit wear/warm-ups
5. JVA logo/url on all printed marketing (flyers, brochures, etc.

*If your club is in an area that does not allow you to fulfill these criteria, note that on your application and that criteria can be waived.

INDOOR

Applications for 2017-2018 sponsorship will be accepted from September 2nd through October 14th for indoor clubs. A committee of the board of directors will review the applicants. Clubs will be informed by October 24th. Clubs associated with a board member are not eligible for selection, but are still visibly promoting JVA.

Clubs are selected on the following criteria:

  • Ability to meet sponsor level criteria
  • Length of membership and support of JVA
  • Past contributions to resources
  • Random draw

50% of the sponsorship is paid upon receipt of a signed agreement and W9. The remaining balance is paid when the clubs meet all criteria. The deadline to meet your criteria is January 30th (Criteria related to tournament hosting and tournament participation can be verified by event sanction and event entry.

BEACH
